As advances in our ability to diagnosis and treat your pet's illnesses and diseases are being made, the costs associated with quality care for your pet have risen. 

Fairview Animal Hospital understands your need to plan family expenses.  To help with this, we provide you with a written estimate of the products and services your pet needs.  Full payment is due at the time services are performed and, if you are new to our clinic, a 50% initial payment may be required before services are performed.  We offer many different options to pay for our services, however, we do not accept checks.  Please choose one of these alternative options:

Pet Insurance

There are many pet insurance plans available and it can be an overwhelming process to sort through them all to determine the best one for you and your pet.  In an effort to help you, we have reviewed some of the more popular ones and, after careful consideration, we confidently recommend Trupanion. Benefits, coverage, limitations, etc. vary greatly from company to company and we encourage you to examine each of them on your own before making a decision.  But if you need help, please call our office.  Our Office Manager, Stacey, will be glad to help you in making a decision.

Trupanion offers 30-Day Free Trial, a risk-free opportunity to "check them out".  The normal waiting periods are waived and 90% of all charges related to accidents or illnesses are covered (except for pre-existing conditions). All pets age 8 weeks to 14 years are accepted.  No financial information is required and it automatically expires at the end of 30 days.  (No "automatic renewal.")  We have the 30-Day Free Trial Certificates at our clinic and will activate yours for you at the end of your visit, if you like.  (Or you can always do it yourself, if you prefer.)  This one really is a "no-brainer" - why not take advantage and get 30 days of free insurance for your pet?
